Full Service Material Handling Analysis Program

Planning (Day 1 to 30):
- Define personnel (technician and project manager) for commissioning and training
- Interview operators to determine needs and requirements
- Define baseline incident rate, productivity metric, and goals
- Submit commissioning schedule and budgetary estimates for approval
Commissioning & Training (Day 31 to 60):
- Provide technician, project manager, and hardware for first commissioning
