Returns/Exchanges – Defective Products
If you’re having trouble with a product, contact Netarus technical support by opening a support ticket at http://support.netarus.com. If product is deemed defective, Netarus will work with you to issue an RMA (including filling in this form).
- Defective product received within 30 days of invoice date, Netarus will issue replacement product or credit upon receipt of receiving the defective** product.
- Defective product received within 30 days of invoice date that is determined to be functioning according to manufacture guidelines, will be returned to the customer.
- Product received after 30 days of invoice date, will be repaired/replaced within 3-6 weeks.
- Defective product received after 30 days of invoice date that is determined to be functioning according to manufacture guidelines, will be returned to customer.
** – A credit may be issued and a restocking fee may be assessed at the discretion of Netarus Management.
All new Netarus products carry a Standard Warranty period from the date of invoice. Please refer to Netarus’ warranty terms at https://www.netarus.com/warranty. Products determined to be defective by misuse will void all warranties issued by Netarus.
Out of Warranty: Products that are determined to be out of warranty can be quoted for a repair after receipt and/or will be returned to the customer.

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO NETARUS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RMA NUMBER BEING ISSUED. SHIPMENTS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED AT THE SHIPPER'S EXPENSE.
