Netarus’ Chief Tech Officer to Present on Visual Aid Technologies in Orlando Florida

October 2017 – Netarus’s Chief Technology Officer in will be presenting “Pros, Cons and Unintended Consequences of Using Visual Aid Technologies on Cranes” at the NACB Lifting & Load Handling Training Expo in Orlando, Florida on October 19, 2017. This presentation will share the positive, negative, and unintended consequences of using visual aid technologies for mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.

Mr. Machut will be presenting at 9:30 a.m. US eastern timezone on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the Orlando Marriott – Lake Mary (1501 International Parkway Lake Mary, FL 32746).

“Lacking or inadequate situation awareness has been identified as one of the primary factors in accidents attributed to human error,” said Machut. “Situational awareness is especially important in applications where the information flow can be quite high and poor decisions may lead to serious consequences.
